For some reason this weekend I’ve just been low on energy and feeling kind of lazy. I’ve never been much of a TV or movie fan, but as a kid there were a few shows I liked. One of them was Alvin and the Chipmonks. Furry critters always had a place in our house — my dad was always bringing home stray dogs, cats, rabbits and other assorted beings. It makes sense we’d like cartoons about fur-creatures. So with this lethargy over me this weekend, I rent Alvin and the Chipmonks. It’s a cute movie! Makes you wish forest creatures really could acclimate to living in your house and talk and, well that the fantasy could be reality. It’s relaxing to just lay on the couch and get lost in the imaginary world created by a movie like Alvin and the Chipmonks.
