Okay, sorry I’m late with this blog. Another long night at UPS.
BTW, whenever I tell people I work at UPS, the first thing they ask is, “Oh, are you a driver.”
No I am not a driver. So let me set the record straight. I work inside the building where I sort packages, by placing them on a conveyor belt and send them to the truck where it will be driven to their desitnation. I am also a clerk, where I do address corrections. Mainly bad zip codes but also if it is a local package, bad streets and cities.
Now on to something else. I may have discovered anothe way to promote a book. At UPS, we have a web page where it is obviously company related, dealing with news and upgraded services we offer customers. There is a section where employees can write about what is going on in their personal lives. I was considering mentioning that I am a writer, talk about my books in general etc. The site is seen in the midwest and who knows? I will give the amazon.com and have them go to the kindle site where our books are listed.
I haven’t brought this up to Jay or Tina yet. Though I will to get their permission and also their thoughts.
What do you think? The reason I brought this up is, assuming most of us have second jobs, lots of companies have newsletters, this might be a good way to talk about ourselves and what we do, thus spreading the word to possible readers.

Make sense, or have I completely lost it here. Like I said, I wont do anything untill I have spoken to Jay or Tina to get their blessings.
