Hello and Happy Friday

If you remember, last Friday on my blog, I mentioned that when writing a book, if eXtasy would accept two different versions–one erotic and one non-erotic for the Divine Destinies–sister to eXtasy books.

Anyway, for some reason I was expecting a lot responses whether through the email I sent or the 7WW group on how they felt about my idea.  It turned out I only recieved a handful. :(

But that’s okay, I know many may not have read it or chose simply not to respond.

I want to thank Regan and Bonnie Rose who really liked the idea and even Desiree who had mixed feelings about it. LOL I want to thank all of you for responding.

I was really hoping Jay and even Tina to respond but never recieved a word, which was kind of surprising since I addressed the idea directly to them. I wanted them to respond because they obviously would have the final say-so. I would hate to do all this work and then have it rejected because they eXtasy doesn’t do that. Oh Well. Maybe Jay and Tina did reply and I simply missed it. I may write to them again. :)

I think I am going to go ahead and submit the stories to Jay and see what happens. I am not sure if I told you but the story is actually my first novel I ever wrote. It is or I should say, was, Time Eternal but I changed the title to Imagine. It is a time travel novel. It is a book that I submitted through the now-defunct StarDust Press which Stephani and a handful of other authors belonged to.

Okay, enough venting. LOL

I responded to Stephani on celebrities like Joe the Plumber writing a book which would proabaly sell because of who he is. It just doesn’t seem fair that we writers slave away, making sure each word makes sense and this smuck writes a book because he can. As I told Stephani, many celebrities and sports people have either a ghost writer or a co author to write these books, but it is still not much consolation to us authors.

…and how was your week?

    I LOVE time travels!!!!!

And given Joe the Plumber’s ummmm, appearances to date, I’d say definitely a ghost writer.
