Did you notice starting oh, around Thursday (the 29th) things started to move along a bit? Yes, the economy was still in the pit, but that feeling of treading water in mud may have eased a bit. You felt like for the first time in ages you could suck in some air and it was cool and refreshing?

If you follow astrology you understand what a retrograde mercury will do to you — it’s a time of “re’s” - redoing, reworking, rewinding, re- you name whatever you have worked incredibly hard on and something happens to throw it into a glitch. If you are a Geminii or a Virgo it seems to really kick you because it’s your ruling planet. I’m a virgo so I do get hit with the communication fiascos that can happen but at least I know what it is and to prepare what to do until it ends. Sadly 2009 will have four of them - yikes! Lots of re-ing and in an 11 year.

But when they start to clear up it’s a breath of fresh air — this latest one went direct today - Saturday, the 31st. Things started to break loose on Thursday and it was such a relief. Like taking the pressure off a rubberband. Ahhhhh

My first clue was the admin at work made a mistake that worked in my favor. Then I parked my patooti and dealt with a bunch of phone calls that had been building up and the results were all positive (yeah!). Follow that with dinner with friends and things just started flowing with the laughs and good feelings.

There’s the feeling of being on the brink of something totally fabulous.
